Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that supplies results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the content you choose to send and use it to answer that message.

Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, Hamilton County and Tennessee offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information entered on a linked service is controlled by that service's privacy policy. The same applies to sponsored search results, which come from a third-party company.

Hosting and support vendors process server logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. Information may also be disclosed when valid legal process requires it. Visitor data is not otherwise shared.

Public records held by East Ridge, Hamilton County, or Tennessee offices remain outside our control, so correction or removal requests for those records must go to the custodian.
